You are purchasing a 2-hour tubing session for a specific time and date. A set amount of tickets are allocated for sale in each session. Advance online purchases are strongly suggested. There are no refunds for missed time. Anyone arriving late for their purchased session or leaving early will forfeit their missed time. Requests to change purchased session times will incur a fee.All participants must be at least 42" tall, even if participating with a parent or adult. Double tubes are available for a parent to ride next to a child. Children may not ride on laps. There is a weight limit of 280 pounds.A waiver must be signed at the time of purchase. The ticket will not scan as valid if the waiver has not been signed. If a child under the age of 18 wishes to participate, a parent must sign the waiver. If you are purchasing a ticket for a minor child and you are not the parent, please advise the parent to create an account for themselves at shop.ski-bigbear.com. They will then be able to add their child as a Party Member and then go under "My Account" and then "Waivers". When the parent clicks on their own name they will reveal a dropdown list that will includes their minor child's name. Clicking the child's name will reveal the waiver. If you are purchasing a ticket for an adult, please advise them to create an eCommerce account for themselves at shop.ski-bigbear.com so they can sign their own waiver.All participants are required to have a valid RFID card with their name on it. New reloadable RFID cards were instituted in the 2021 - 2022 season and may be reloaded for this season. If you do not already have one, please include purchase of a new RFID card in your online ticket purchase and a $5 media fee will be applied. Pick up your RFID card at the Pickup Box located near the ski area ticket windows. You can pick up your RFID card in advance of the day you want to tube to avoid lines. If you were issued an RFID card in the 2021 - 2022 season or later, your tickets will be automatically loaded onto your RFID card and you will be able to go directly to the tubing area. If you were issued an RFID card and lost it, please include purchase of a replacement RFID card in your online ticket purchase and a $5 media fee will be applied. Pick up your replacement RFID card at the ticket window. You can pick up your replacement card in advance of the day you want to tube to avoid lines.Do not damage, destroy or discard your RFID card. Re-using this card will save you the media fee on future purchases. This card is subject to wear and tear under normal use and will need replacement at the expense of the purchaser at some point in the future. Please place your RFID card in your left jacket or pants pocket as sensors will read the card on the left side of your body. We suggest placing cell phones in your right pocket to avoid card reader error and card deactivation.We are typically open mid-December through mid-March. Hours are subject to weather.
