Recreation Management Corporation specializes in the operation and management of all types of recreation businesses.  Recreation Management Corp is owned by Ronald Schmalzle and Randy Schmalzle.  

Recreation Management Corporation has operated Ski Big Bear at Masthope Mountain since 1998 and owned and operated Costa's Family Fun Park since 2004.
