Terms and Conditions

When purchasing products for Costas Family Fun Park or Ski Big Bear, please note that they are typically required to be purchased for a specific date and are non-refundable.  Ski products, RFID cards and Costa’s wristbands are non-transferable (cannot be shared between multiple people). Ski products are assigned to the person using the product. We understand that plans may change.  If you need to make changes to your products, including date or name changes, please contact us via email at BigBear@ski-bigbear.com or Fun@CostasFamilyFunPark.com.  A change fee will apply. This fee covers administrative costs associated with modifying product/customer details. Please note that changes are at the discretion of the management. 

Most products are offered online at promotional prices less than the regular window rate and may require purchase days in advance.  Purchases must be made online by the appropriate deadline to receive the promotional rate.  No refunds or credits will be given on pre-purchased products even if they are not picked up or used.

I understand that I cannot process a waiver of liability on behalf of another person unless that person is younger than 18 years of age and I am that child’s legal parent or guardian or if I have Power of Attorney to act on that person’s behalf. 

Recreation Management Corporation operates Ski Big Bear and Costas Family Fun Park and reserves the right to close trails, attractions or the entire facility due to weather, maintenance, or other operational reasons.  In the event of closure, refunds or rain checks may be issued at the discretion of park management.
