You are purchasing for a specific date. Purchase for only the days you know you will ski/ride as there are no refunds for unused tickets. Tickets that must be moved to another day will incur a fee.

This ticket is valid on any lift and all open trails from Open - Close.

All guests are required to have a valid RFID card with their name on it to ski or snowboard, including those taking a group or private lesson. New RFID cards were instituted in the 2021 - 2022 season and may be reloaded season after season. If you do not already have one, please include purchase of a new reloadable RFID card in your online ticket purchase and a $5 media fee will be applied. Pick up your RFID card at the Pickup Box located near the ski area ticket windows. You can pick up your RFID card in advance of the day you want to ski to avoid lines. If you were issued an RFID card in the 2021 - 2022 season or later and that card is linked to your eCommerce account, your tickets will be automatically loaded onto your existing card, and you will be able to go directly to the lift. You can ensure that your RFID card is linked to your eCommerce account by confirming that your webcode as shown in your eCommerce account matches the webcode printed on your RFID card. If you have lost your RFID card, please include purchase of a replacement RFID card in your online ticket purchase and a $5 media fee will be applied. Pick up your replacement RFID card at the ticket window. This process deactivates your old RFID card and creates a new card with the same webcode.

Do not damage, destroy or discard your RFID card. Re-using this card will save you the media fee on future purchases. This card is subject to wear and tear under normal use and will need replacement at the expense of the purchaser at some point in the future. Please place your RFID card in your left jacket or pants pocket as sensors will read the card on the left side of your body. We suggest placing cell phones in your right pocket to avoid card deactivation.

The chairlift can drip lubricants and other matter especially during weather variations. The Management and Owners of Ski Big Bear are not responsible for damage to clothing or equipment.

We are typically open mid-December through mid-March. Hours are subject to weather.
