Masthope Property Owner Ski Privileges Pass

Ski privileges are available for Masthope Mountain Community property owners in good standing according to current pass policies and rules. Passes must be processed at least 72 hours in advance for use by the property owner.

  1. Property Owners must have a valid pass at all times while on the mountain.  Property Owner pass holders must be willing to remove facial coverings to verify identity upon request. 
  2. Property Owner passes are not transferable.  Passes may not be copied, given or loaned to anyone under any circumstances.  If a pass is in the possession of another guest, that guest will be charged for the full price of a lift ticket and will be charged with trespassing and the appropriate fines will be applied through the local magistrate’s office. 
  3. A misused property owner pass will result in a fine for the property owner according to the Masthope Mountain Community Rules and Regulations. 
  4. Any property owner pass holder not in possession of his/her ski privileges pass is required to report it to the POC office or Ski Big Bear.  Failure to do so may result in fines to the property for misuse.  The pass holder is eligible to purchase a replacement pass according to the current fee. 
  5. Once the waiver of liability has been signed by the appropriate adult, the Property Owner Pass is valid anytime we are open through the end of the season.
  6. Ski Big Bear reserves the right to periodically close certain trails and lifts to all skiers and/or snowboarders selectively, for operational purposes, at its sole discretion. 
  7. The chairlift can drip lubricants and other matter especially during weather variations.   The Management and Owners of Ski Big Bear are not responsible for damage to clothing or equipment.   
  8. No pass holder shall engage in conduct that is reckless, unlawful, illegal, inappropriate or offensive, or dangerous to the pass holder, other guests or property as determined by Ski Big Bear Management while on Masthope Mountain Community property. 
  9. Ski Big Bear reserves the right to revoke or suspend a property owner pass for any violation of the property owner pass contract or policies and regulations.  For any violation, a property owner pass may be removed and suspended by a member of the ski patrol, department manager, general manager or other authorized personnel of Ski Big Bear.   
  10. The Skier Responsibility Code must be followed at all times.
