Property owners must have a valid RFID card at all times while on the mountain. All RFID cards must have a current photo linked to the individual named on the card. Photos may be emailed to accesscontrol@masthope.org. Property owners must be willing to remove facial coverings to verify identity upon request.
Property owner ski privileges are not transferable. Property owner ski privileges may not be given or loaned to anyone under any circumstances. If an RFID card with ski privileges is in the possession of another guest, that guest will be charged for the full price of a lift ticket and will be charged with trespassing and the appropriate fines will be applied through the local magistrate’s office.
A misused property owner RFID card with ski privileges will result in a fine for the property owner according to the Masthope Mountain Community Rules and Regulations.
If a property owner RFID card is lost or stolen, the property owner is required to report it to the POC office or Ski Big Bear. Failure to do so may result in fines to the property owner for misuse. The property owner is eligible to purchase a replacement RFID card according to the current fee at the POC office.
Once the waiver of liability has been signed by the appropriate adult, the ski privileges RFID card is valid any time we are open through the end of the season.
