This season pass is available for children who are 5 years of age or less as of Jan. 15th, 2023. It is complimentary with the purchase of an Any Night Season Pass by an adult. There is one free pass per paying adult. The 5 & Under Any Night Season Pass is valid beginning December 26th from 4pm - closing on any night that we are open after 4:30pm. Day lift tickets can be purchased for $30 for use by the pass holder any day but Saturday when not in a holiday period. Day lift tickets will be charged at the standard full price on Saturdays and during holiday periods. This season pass is valid for night skiing anytime we are open for night skiing from the time the pass is purchased through the end of the season for which the season pass was purchased. This policy is subject to change if under any circumstances restrictions may become necessary. At certain times during the season including early and late season or during times of weather variations, Ski Big Bear may not be available for night skiing when this pass is valid. No credit or refund will be processed for these closings.
All guests are required to have a valid RFID card with their name on it to ski or snowboard, including those taking a group or private lesson. New RFID cards were instituted in the 2021 - 2022 season and may be reloaded for the 2022 - 2023 season. If you do not already have one, please include purchase of a new reloadable RFID card in your online ticket/season pass purchase and a $5 media fee will be applied. Pick up your RFID card at the Pick Up Box located near the ski area ticket windows. You can pick up your RFID card in advance of the day you want to ski to avoid lines. If you were issued an RFID card in the 2021 - 2022 season or later, your tickets/season pass will be automatically loaded onto your RFID card and you will be able to go directly to the lift. If you were issued an RFID card and lost it, you can still purchase your tickets/season pass online, but you will need to go to the ticket window to pick up your new card.
Do not damage, destroy or discard your RFID card. Re-using this card will save you the media fee on future purchases. This card is subject to wear and tear under normal use and will need replacement at the expense of the purchaser at some point in the future. Please place your RFID card in your left jacket or pants pocket as sensors will read the card on the left side of your body. We suggest placing cell phones in your right pocket to avoid card reader error.
